Our production plant at Mersin Agropark
Our production site, where we turn agricultural waste into biochar, pyroligneous acid and wood tar by pyrolysis, is at Mersin Agropark in the Tarsus district of Mersin.
Mersin Agropark, Tarsus
Our production site is in the Mersin Agropark Agriculture and Food Specialised Technology Development Zone (Mersin Agropark Tarım ve Gıda İhtisas Teknoloji Geliştirme Bölgesi) in Tarsus. Here agricultural waste such as olive pits, walnut shells and apricot kernels is processed by pyrolysis without oxygen and separated into three product phases: solid-phase biochar, liquid-phase pyroligneous acid (wood vinegar) and the heavy fraction, wood tar.
