Personal Data Protection
This privacy notice explains how your personal data is processed when you visit www.v-pyro.com and use the forms on the site, as required by Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK). It is a translation; the Turkish version prevails.
Who is responsible for your data?
The data controller is VELDO MAKİNE ÇELİK KONSTRÜKSİYON MÜHENDİSLİK ARGE SANAYİ VE TİCARET ANONİM ŞİRKETİ, the owner of the V-Pyro brand ("V-Pyro" or "we" in this notice). This notice covers visitors to the site, people who use the sample and quote, dealership application and document request forms on the site, and people who write to us directly by e-mail.
What data do we process, and why?
Sample, quote and technical information requests (the form on the home page, linked from the product pages): your customer type, full name, company or business name, phone, request type, the page you sent the request from and the site page you viewed just before. We use them to assess your request, prepare a sample or a price quote, answer your technical question and contact you about it by phone. Legal ground: KVKK Art. 5(2)(c) (directly related to concluding a contract with you, such as a sale or a sample shipment); where you apply on behalf of a company or only ask for information, Art. 5(2)(f) (our legitimate interest in answering your request).
Dealership applications: company name, the contact person's full name, country, province, district, address, phone, e-mail, your experience selling similar products, the product families you are interested in and your description of your sales channel. We use them to assess your application, talk to you and, if your application is accepted, prepare the dealership agreement. Legal ground: Art. 5(2)(c); for the contact person applying on behalf of a company, Art. 5(2)(f). For sole proprietors, the address is personal data too.
Document requests: your e-mail address and, if you fill them in, your full name, company, phone, product family of interest, sector, the documents you ask for and your note. We use them to send the documents you asked for to your e-mail address, to keep a record of who documents were sent to and to contact you about your request. Legal ground: Art. 5(2)(f) (our legitimate interest). We do not send marketing or newsletter e-mails to this address beyond your request; if we ever want to, we will ask for your separate consent first.
Form security: when you send a form, your IP address, the time of sending and the technical signals that the human verification in the form (Cloudflare Turnstile) reads from your browser (such as the browser type). We use them to stop bots and excessive submissions from abusing the forms. Legal ground: Art. 5(2)(f).
Visiting the site: while pages are delivered to you, your IP address, the address of the page you request, the time and the technical details your browser sends (such as browser type and language) are processed by Cloudflare, our hosting provider. E-mail correspondence: form notifications and e-mails you send us directly are kept, with their content, in the magaza@v-pyro.com mailbox. If your request leads to a sale or a dealership, we also keep the correspondence to meet our duty to retain commercial documents (Art. 5(2)(ç); Turkish Commercial Code Art. 82) and to protect our rights in a possible dispute (Art. 5(2)(e)).
We do not ask for special categories of personal data (such as health data) on the site. Please do not write personal details that your request does not need in the free-text fields of the forms.
How do we collect your data?
We receive form details directly from you when you fill in and send a form, electronically and partly by automated means. Technical details such as your IP address and browser information come automatically from your browser when you visit the site and when you send a form.
What you type in a form is not stored on the site's server or in a database; it is turned into an e-mail and delivered to magaza@v-pyro.com. If you close the page without sending the form, nothing you typed goes anywhere.
Who do we share your data with?
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for advertising. For the purposes above, we share only what each service needs with these service providers:
Cloudflare, Inc. (USA): hosting and delivery of the site, processing of form submissions and Turnstile human verification. Cloudflare also uses Turnstile signals, under its own responsibility, to improve its bot detection: Turnstile Privacy Addendum (opens in a new tab).
Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend, USA): delivery of form details as a notification e-mail to magaza@v-pyro.com.

Apart from these, we may give information to public authorities and courts that are legally entitled to request it, under our legal obligations (Art. 5(2)(ç)).
Your data is transferred abroad.
Cloudflare, Inc. and Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend) are based in the USA and process data on servers in the USA and other countries. Resend sends e-mails from its infrastructure in Ireland (EU) and keeps e-mail content and sending logs in the USA.
The Turkish Personal Data Protection Board has no adequacy decision for the USA or Ireland. For the transfer of your form details abroad through these companies, we ask for your explicit consent in the form, with a separate checkbox (KVKK Art. 9(6)(a); explicit consent text). You do not have to consent; if you do not, you can send your request by calling +90 444 81 33 or by writing from your own e-mail address to magaza@v-pyro.com. Possible risks: your data may not be protected in these countries to the same level as in Türkiye, may be accessed by foreign public authorities, and it may be harder for you to exercise your rights there. You can withdraw your consent at any time; withdrawal does not affect earlier transfers.
How long do we keep your data?
Form notifications and correspondence (magaza@v-pyro.com): if your request does not lead to a sale or a dealership, 2 years from the last message, and 1 year for document requests. If a contract is concluded, correspondence is kept for 10 years after the relationship ends.
Resend: Resend deletes its copy of sent e-mails and the sending logs after 30 days.
Technical records: the submission-limit counters used for form security are kept for at most 60 seconds; the site's own logs record no IP addresses and no form content. Cloudflare's service logs and Turnstile signals follow Cloudflare's own retention rules.
When a period ends or the reason for processing no longer exists, we delete, destroy or anonymise the data under KVKK Art. 7.
How can you use your rights?
Under KVKK Art. 11 you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, to request information about it; to learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used for that purpose; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to ask for incomplete or inaccurate data to be corrected and, under the conditions of Art. 7, to be deleted or destroyed, and for these actions to be notified to those it was transferred to; to object to a result against you that arises solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation if you suffer damage from unlawful processing.
You can apply in writing with a signed letter to our address above, with a secure electronic or mobile signature, or from an e-mail address you have given us before and that is in our records to magaza@v-pyro.com. Your application should include your full name, Turkish ID number (for foreign nationals: nationality and passport or ID number), your address for notifications, your e-mail address and phone if you have them, and what you are asking for.
We will conclude your application as soon as possible depending on its nature, and within 30 days at the latest, free of charge; if it involves an extra cost, the fee in the Board's tariff may be charged. If your application is rejected, you find our answer insufficient or we do not answer in time, you can file a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
If this notice changes
