Explicit consent for transfers abroad
We ask for your explicit consent to transfer the details you send with the forms on this site abroad. This text explains what you consent to, the possible risks and what you can do if you do not consent. It is a translation; the Turkish version prevails.
Why and where are your details transferred?
The details you send with the sample and quote, dealership application and document request forms (your answers in the form, the page you sent it from and the time of sending) are transferred to servers abroad (the USA and Ireland) through Cloudflare, Inc. and Plus Five Five, Inc. (Resend), so that your request can be delivered to us by e-mail. When you send a form, Cloudflare also processes your IP address and the technical signals that the human verification (Cloudflare Turnstile) reads from your browser, for form security.
The Turkish Personal Data Protection Board has no adequacy decision for these countries. Possible risks: your data may not be protected there to the same level as in Türkiye, may be accessed by foreign public authorities, and it may be harder for you to exercise your rights.
You do not have to consent.
When you tick "I have read and understood the explicit consent text." in a form and send it, you give your explicit consent to the transfer described here. If you do not tick the box, the form is not sent.
If you do not consent, you can send your request by calling +90 444 81 33 or by writing from your own e-mail address to magaza@v-pyro.com.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to magaza@v-pyro.com; withdrawal does not affect earlier transfers.
