Product Description:

This product is a natural leather care paste based on wood tar obtained through the pyrolysis of biomass with high lignin and phenolic content, such as olive pits. It provides protective, healing, and moisturizing effects against common issues in traditional livestock farming such as skin cracks, irritations, fungal skin lesions, and hoof/foot health problems.

Applicable Animals:

• Cattle and Buffalo: For teat cracks, hoof and foot fungal infections, and fly-related wounds and irritations during summer.
• Sheep and Goats: For foot rot, lameness, and fungal infections developing in moist areas.
• Equines (e.g., horses, donkeys): For cracks around hooves and knees, and fly bites.
• Domestic Pets (in limited dosage and under veterinary supervision): For paw cracks or localized eczema in dogs (upon veterinarian’s advice).

Ingredients (Qualitative and Quantitative Composition):

Note: This product contains no synthetic additives, preservatives, or pharmaceutical active ingredients.

Purpose of Use:

• To maintain skin integrity
• To accelerate wound healing
• To prevent and treat fungal infections, rot, and cracks in hoof and sole areas
• To reduce parasite bites and fly-induced irritations
• To protect against dryness and cracks caused by cold or hot weather conditions

Application Method and Frequency:

1. Before Application:
   Clean the area gently with clean water or an antiseptic solution (e.g., wood vinegar), then dry.
2. Application:
   Apply a thin layer of the paste to the affected area using sterile gloves or a spatula. Due to its natural stickiness, the product remains on the area for a long time.
3. Frequency:
   • For treatment: Once daily for 3–5 days
   • For prevention: Once a week or as needed
4. Duration:
   Positive results are usually observed within 7–10 days depending on the condition. In resistant cases, the usage duration may be extended.

Precautions:

• For external use only. Do not ingest.
• Consult a veterinarian before applying directly to open wounds.
• Wash hands after use.
• Avoid contact with eyes.

Wood tar contains phenolic compounds, organic acids, and aromatic hydrocarbons, giving it antimicrobial and antifungal properties.
