Research conducted by Mersin University Advanced Technology Research Center (MEITAM) and internationally has shown that wood vinegar, biocarbon and active carbon obtained from natural by-products such as olive pits by pyrolysis method effectively support skin regeneration, anti-aging effects, detoxification and microbial control in cosmetic applications. In addition, the antiviral properties of these products, whose antifungal and antibacterial properties have been proven, are also being investigated and our scientific studies for many areas of use beneficial to human health continue.
